Deconvolution of biomedical images on GPU
Abstract:
The main goal of this Master's thesis was to choose appropriate iterative and non-iterative algorithms and to implement them on graphics card as well as on multiple graphics cards. Algorithms were compared in the thesis based on their precision, speed of execution and quality of output.
Abstract:
Cieľom práce bolo vybrať vhodné iteratívne aj neiteratívne algoritmy a implementovať ich na grafickej karte a na systémoch s viacerými grafickými kartami. Jednotlivé algoritmy boli v práci porovnané z hľadiska presnosti, rýchlosti a kvality výstupu.
