Cost optimization using a selected information system in a specific organization

Abstract:

<P>Problematika projektového řízení, jeho metod a řízení rizik, informačních systémů stejně jako metrik KPI je popsána a vymezena v teoretické části. Úvodní část rovněž obsahuje charakteristiku informačního systému Navigo3 a také vybrané konkrétní organizace, která není pro důvěrnost informací jmenována. Podstatný je i popis hlavní činnosti této organizace, včetně historie BOZP. </P> <;P>Navazující aplikační část se věnuje podrobněji nákladům konkrétní organizace, řízením zakázek v organizaci a výběrem vhodné metriky KPI a rovněž kritérií výběru projektu. Rizikovost je pak podrobněji rozebrána s použitím podkladů o úrazovosti v roce 2021. </P> <P>Podle zvolených kritériích jsou v Návrhové a realizační části vybrány tři projekty s různými trendy plnění a v různém stupni rozpracovanosti. Pomocí optimalizace a vybrané vhodné metriky KPI bylo dosaženo požadovaného cíle, výsledky jsou součásti Zhodnocení a diskuse, respektive v závěru diplomové práce. </P>

Abstract:

<P>The issues of project management, its methods and risk management, information systems as well as KPI metrics are described and defined in the theoretical part. The introductory part also contains the characteristics of the Navigo3 information system and alsoselected specific organisation, which is not named for confidentiality reasons. A description of the main activities of this organisation, including the history of OSH, is also essential. </P> <P>The subsequent application section looks in more detail at the costs of the specific organisation, the organisation's contract management and the selection of appropriate KPI metrics as well as project selection criteria. Risk is then discussed in more detail, using evidence on the 2021 injury rate. </P> <P>Based on the selected criteria, three projects with different delivery trends and at different stages of development are selected in the Design and Execution section. Using optimization and selected appropriate KPI metrics, the desired goal was achieved, the results are part of the evaluation and discussion respectively in the conclusion of the thesis. </P>
