Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na českou právní úpravu klamavé a srovnávací reklamy. Začátek práce je zaměřen na historický vývoj práva nekalé soutěže v českých zemích. V dalších kapitolách jsou vymezeny základní pojmy nekalé soutěže a následně podrobně rozebrány dvě skutkové podstaty – klamavá reklama a srovnávací reklama. The bachelor thesis is focused on the Czech legislation, Misleading and Comparative advertising. The beginning of the work is focused on the historical development of the law of unfair competition in the Czech lands. In the later chapters are defined basic concepts of unfair competition and subsequently dealt with in detail in two of the facts – Misleading advertising and Comparative advertising. The …more
