Bakalářská práce se zabývá legislativními změnami ohledně umělých potratů během 50. a 60. let v Československu, o nichž byla vedena diskuse. Diskuse probíhala v několika rovinách, a to v trestněprávní, zdravotní, výchovné a morální – toto sleduje práce na základě dobových periodik, dobových lékařských příruček a dobových sexuálněvýchovných a rodinněvýchovných příruček. The bachelor thesis focuses on Czechoslovakia’s changes to legislation regarding abortion in the 50’s and 60’s, and the subsequent discussions that they led to. These discussions took place on several levels: criminal, medical, educational and moral. The discussions are based on publications released at that time.
