Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo identifikovat faktory ovlivňující vývoj cen na trhu s nemovitostmi v České republice. Zkoumány byly ceny nemovitostí od začátku roku 2013 do konce roku 2022. Záměrem práce bylo prozkoumat a identifikovat faktory ovlivňující cenu nemovitostí a jejich těsnost mezi cenou nemovitostí a ekonomickými krizemi s dopadem na mikro a makro prostředí.
