Tato práce se zabývá tématem čtvrté průmyslové revoluce a v jejím rámci připraveností firem na změny obchodních modelů. Jedná se o velice diskutované téma, jelikož čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce již ovlivňuje či bude ovlivňovat prakticky každou firmu. Z tohoto důvodu by na ni firmy měly být řádně připraveny.
