Bakalářská práce se věnuje vybraným situacím při odměňování zaměstnanců za výkon práce. Autorka nejdříve na příkladu popisuje výpočet mzdy a jednotlivé právní normy, které je při výpočtu mzdy potřeba zohlednit.
