Abstract:
Práce se zabývá tématem mezigeneračního učení v rodině. Hlavním cílem celé práce je popsat a analyzovat průběh mezigeneračního učení v rodinném podniku. První část poskytuje teoretický podklad pro část výzkumnou. Tato teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol – rodinný podnik a mezigenerační učení.
