Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na úlohu zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc v nepříznivé životní situaci dítěte. Cílem je zjistit, jakým způsobem se v zařízení s dítětem pracuje, aby byla jeho situace zlepšena. Práce je zaměřena na fungování ZDVOP, ale také na problematiku ohroženého dítěte. Vymezeny jsou metody práce s dítětem v ohrožení a metody práce s rodinou dítěte. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na způsoby práce s dítětem v ZDVOP z pohledu pracovníků. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumného přístupu byla využita metoda rozhovoru a pozorování.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the role of facilities for children requiring immediate assistance in the unfavorable life situation of the child. The aim is to find out how to work with the children in the facility to improve their situation. The thesis focuses on working in the facilities (called "ZDVOP"), but also on the issue of an endangered child. Methods of working with a child at risk and methods of working with the child's family are also defined. The research part of the thesis is focused on ways of working with a child in the ZDVOP from the point of view of facility workers. As part of the qualitative research approach, the method of interview and observation was used.
