Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma "vliv změny zákona o sociálních službách na poskytování sociálních služeb" se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám pojmy souvisejícími s danou tématikou, stručným historickým vývojem sociálních služeb a změnami, které nová legislativní úprava přinesla. Praktická část se zabývá vlastním kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaký dopad má změna zákona č.108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách na poskytovatele sociálních služeb v České republice.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis on the subject of the amendment to the Law on Social Services impact on providing of the social services consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I deal with the terms related to the issue, short history of the social services and the changes brought with the amendment. The practical part is focused on the qualitative research through the semistructured interviews. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the impact of the Act. No. 108/2006 Sb.on social services on the providers of the social services in the Czech Republic.
