Tato práce se zabývá přípravou vzorku proteinu, N-terminální domény delta podjednotky RNA polymerázy bakterie Bacillus subtilis, v anisotropním prostředí pro měření reziduálních dipolárních interakcí pomocí NMR spektroskopie. Abstract:
This work deals with the preparation of a protein sample, the N-terminal domain of RNA polymerase delta subunit of Bacillus subtilis in the anisotropic environment for measurement of residual dipolar couplings by NMR spectroscopy.
