Controlling costs and the working capital

Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na controlling nákladů a pracovního kapitálu. V úvodních kapitolách byla věnována pozornost především oblastem controllingu jako podpory řízení, dále controllingu zásob, pohledávek a nákladů. Tyto vstupní údaje byly použity v rámci posouzení vybrané firmy z různých pohledů controllingu. V další části je popsán podnik i s jeho SWOT analýzou, posouzení provádění controllingových aktivit ve společnosti, jako je controlling pohledávek, zásob a nákladů. Navrhnutí a zařazení con-trollingového oddělení do společnosti a s tím související náplň práce controllera. Po provedení celkové analýzy lze říci, že se jedná o podnik stabilní, který neustále zvyšuje svůj zisk a snaží se o zvyšování podílu na trhu a o expanzi.

Abstract:

The submitted work is concentrated on controlling costs and the working capitl. The first part of diploma thesis deals with the topics controlling as the help of management, then controlling inventory, claim and costs. This data were used to look at the company from different points of views of controlling. In the next part the company is described and the SWOT analyses is done. There is described how the company deals with the controlling inventory, claim and costs. There is a suggestion to insert a controlling de-partment in the company and to describe the job as an controller. After the whole analy-ses we can say, that the company is stable and trying to increase their profit and is also trying to increase the market share and expand.
