Issue of long-term assets in the enterprise

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika dlouhodobého majetku, kterou řeší většina podniků. Teoretická část se zaobírá jednotlivými úkony, které souvisí s majetkem. Je zde vysvětleno pořízení, oceňování, především odepisování a je i zmiňováno vyřazení majetku. Problematika je vysvětlena jak z účetního hlediska tak i daňového. V aplikační části je uvedena ukázka odpisů u konkrétního podniku, aby byly vidět rozdíly mezi účetním a daňovým způsobem odepisování, a také jak se to promítne na hospodářském výsledku. Vše je zjišťováno na základě analýz, výpočtů a následné komparace.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is the issue of long-term assets which is solved by the most companies. The theoretical part deals with the various tasks associated with the assets. You can find here the acquisition, valuation, depreciation and disposal of assets. The issue is explained as from the accounting point of view as from the tax point of view. The practical part shows you an example of the depreciation in a particular company to see the differences between the accounting and the tax depreciation methods and how it is reflected in the economic result. Everything is found out on the basis of analyzes, calculations and comparisons.
