Práce představuje úvod do problematiky efluxních pump. Efluxní pumpy jsou považovány za hlavní důvod vzniku multirezistence bakterií. V textu je zpracován přehled základního rozdělení pump a jimi vylučovaných substrátů. The thesis introduces the contemporary problems concerning efflux pumps which are recognized as the main reason of bacterial multiresistance to antibiotics. The basic division according to pump type and consequently according to a type of extruded substances is involved .
