Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obecní policií jako orgánem obce. Ve své práci vysvětluji způsob jejího vzniku, řízení a působnosti. Zaměřuji se na předpoklady pro činnost strážníků, zejména pak na jejich bezúhonnost, spolehlivost, zdravotní způsobilost a splnění stanovených předpokladů. This bachelor thesis deals with the municipal police as an organ of a municipality. In this work, there is an explanation of way of its formation, control and competency. My focus is aimed to municipal police officers, particularly to theirs blamelessness, reliability, physical capabilities and compliance with prerequisites.
