New trends of the direct banking.

Abstract:

Cílem práce bude vyhodnotit současnou nabídku produktů internetového bankovnictví u vybraných komerčních bank v České republice s důrazem na změny a trendy této nabídky po roce 2010. V teoretické části práce budou charakterizovány základní pojmy elektronického bankovnictví, současná struktura produktů elektronického bankovnictví a aktuální nabídka služeb elektronického bankovnictví. V analytické části práce bude na základě zpracování získaných dat zhodnocen trh produktů elektronického bankovnictví. Na množině vybraných bank dojde k identifikaci nových trendů v nabídce produktů a služeb elektronického bankovnictví v České republice. Komparací s trhem vybraných evropských zemí dojde k navržení možné implementace nových produktů elektronického bankovnictví na český bankovní trh.

Abstract:

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate an actual offer of internet banking products of selected commercial banks in Czech Republic with focus on changes and tendencies of the offered products since 2010. Thesis consists of two parts of which the first part is theoretical and the second one is analytical. In the theoretical part there will be a definition of basic terms of electronic banking, description of actual structure of electronic banking products and also an actual offer of electronic banking services. In the analytical part of thesis there will be accomplished an evaluation of the market of products of electronic banking which will be based on processing the acquired data. There also will be proven an identification of new tendencies in the offer of products and services of electronic banking on the set of chosen banks in Czech Republic. With consideration of the markets of chosen European countries, there will be put forward an hypothetical implementation of new electronic banking products on Czech banking market.
