The influence of development of macroeconomic indicators on the company development

Abstract:

Teoretická část práce zkoumá a generuje platná a dostupná teoretická východiska v oblasti makroekonomie a jejích indikátorů. Čtenář se tak může seznámit s nejběžnějšími ověřenými přístupy od českých, ale i světových autorů k patřičnému tématu a získat tak ucelený pohled na tuto problematiku. Představena je v ní na základě potřebných interpretací, komparací a verifikací řada kompletních metod, které mají přímý vliv na aplikační část práce, v níž je prezentován konkrétní podnik působící v oblasti energií a realit. Tam je zároveň vyhodnocena spousta kvantitativních, ale i kvalitativních dat, která demonstrují dosavadní, především finanční hospodaření podniku (např. i měřením tzv. intenzity a extenzity), načež jsou na základě této analytické metody zahrnující i zobrazení jiných makroekonomických ukazatelů v konkrétních číslech a nepopiratelných faktech vznesena pro tento podnik doporučení a návrhy pro úspěšné chování podniku v budoucnu, například doporučení pro přípravu na blížící se recesi, stejně jako prognostická úvaha nad měřitelnými daty vycházející z výpočtů předcházejících kapitol.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this thesis examines and generates valid and available theoretical basis in the field of macroeconomics and its indicators. Thus, the reader can get acquainted with the most common attested approaches from Czech and world authors to the relevant topic as well as get a comprehensive view of this issue. In the first part of this thesis there are presented several complete methods based on the necessary interpretations, comparisons and verifications, which have a direct impact on the application part of this thesis, in which a company operating in the field of energy and real estate is presented. At the application part of this thesis there is evaluated a lot of quantitative and qualitative data, which demonstrate the current, especially financial, management of the company (for example by measuring so-called intensity and extension). Based on this analytical method and including other macroeconomic indicators in concrete numbers and undeniable facts there are also displayed recommendations and suggestions for successful business behaviour in the future, for example, recommendations for preparing for an upcoming recession, as well as foresight on measurable data based on previous chapter calculations.
