Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pojistných podvodů. Cílem je posoudit boj s pojistnými podvody v České republice a zahraničí, a to z věcného i ekonomického hlediska. V první části práce jsou představeny východiska řešené problematiky. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of insurance fraud. The aim is to assess the fight against insurance fraud in the Czech Republic and abroad, from a factual and economic point of view.
