Tato diplomová práce se zabývá trestněprávními mezemi tajemství dopravovaných zpráv. V úvodní části shrnuje teoretické poznatky o základních lidských právech a svobodách a o podmínkách zákonnosti důkazů. Následně je rozebrána právní úprava vybraných institutů, které zasahují do uvedených základních lidských práv a svobod ve zvýšené míře, přičemž jsou analyzovány problematické části. This diploma thesis deals with the criminal law limits of the secrecy of transported messages. The introductory part summarizes theoretical knowledge about fundamental human rights and freedoms and the conditions of legality of evidence.
