Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení, do jaké míry je současný právní rámec upravující soukromé vlastnictví střelných zbraní v americkém státu Missouri zodpovědný za vysoký počet umrtí způsobených právě střelnými zbraněmi. This diploma thesis investigates to what degree is Missouri's current gun control framework responsible for its substantially high firearm mortality. It compares four selected Midwestern states to fulfill this research objective.
