Abstract:

HARATSKEVICH, Lizaveta. Analýza poptávky po vybrané destinaci. [Bakalářská práce]. Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2021. Počet stran: 83. Bakalářská práce je věnována analýze poptávky po vybrané destinaci (Praha). Téma je zúženo na zkoumání specifických rysů poptávky konkrétního zákaznického trhu – turistů z Běloruska. Na základě primárních a sekundárních dat o poptávce v oblasti cestovního ruchu je provedená analýza potřeb, požadavků a očekávání vybraného cílového segmentu ve vztahu k návštěvě destinace Praha. Pozornost je věnována také identifikace faktorů, které ovlivňují intenzitu a specifiku této poptávky. K dosažení cíle práce je provedena analýza výsledků primárního šetření (dotazníkové šetření mezi 300 respondenty z Běloruska, provedené metodou online průzkumu). Výsledky práce obsahují cenné informace o tom, které služby v rámci cestovního ruchu jsou vybraným zákaznickým segmentem poptávány, jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich spotřebitelské chování a spokojenost s návštěvou Prahy, jaké trendy jsou na tomto trhu aktuální. Výsledky práce lze využit v rámci marketingové politiky poskytovatelů služeb cestovního ruchu v Praze.

HARATSKEVICH, Lizaveta. Demand Analysis of a Selected Destination. [Bachelor’s Thesis]. The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague. Prague: 2021. Total number of pages: 83. The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the demand analysis of a selected destination (Prague). The topic is narrowed to examine the specific features of the demand of a particular customer market – tourists from Belarus. Based on primary and secondary data on tourism demand, an analysis of the needs, requirements and expectations of the selected target segment in relation to a visit to the destination of Prague is carried out. Attention is also paid to the identification of factors that influence the intensity and specificity of this demand. To achieve the aim of the thesis, the results of the primary survey (online questionnaire survey among 189 respondents from Belarus) are analyzed. The results of this work contain valuable information about tourism services, that are demanded by the selected customer segment, about the factors, which influence their consumer behavior and satisfaction with the visit to Prague, about the trends in this market. The results of the thesis can be used in the framework of marketing policy of tourism service providers in Prague.
