Předmětem bakalářské práce „Bankovní ombudsman“ je analýza činnosti bankovního ombudsmana na Slovensku v porovnání s obdobným institutem v České republice – s finančním arbitrem. The aim of the bachelor thesis “The Banking Ombudsman” is to analyzed activity of the Banking Ombudsman in Slovakia to compare it with similar institute in the Czech Republic – “The Financial Arbitrator”.
