Lifelong Learning in the Manager´s Professional Life
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na roli celoživotní vzdělávání v profesním životě manažera. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se manažera, celoživotního vzdělávání a profesního života manažera. Praktická část se zaměřuje na prozkoumání, zda a jakým způsobem vstupuje celoživotní vzdělávání do života manažerů.
Abstract:
The aim of the Bachelor Theses is to focus on the role of life-long learning in the career of a manager. In the theoretical part there are basic terms defined, such as a manager, life-long learning and a manager´s career. The practical part is focused on the research whether and how life-long learning is a part of managers´ lives.
