Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kreativního účetnictví. V první části práce jsou představeny různé přístupy k definování kreativního účetnictví a k jeho vnímání v souvislosti s porušováním zákona, motivace k jeho použití a techniky použití. This thesis deals with creative accounting. The first part introduces different definitions of creative accounting and its perception regarding violation of laws, reasons for the use of creative accounting and different techniques.
