Předmětem bakalářské práce „Hypoteční úvěr“ je rozbor hypotečního úvěrování v České republice. Práce charakterizuje jednotlivé znaky hypotečního úvěru, popisuje důležité změny v poskytování hypotečních úvěrů způsobené zákonem č. 190/2004 Sb., o dluhopisech, věnuje se hypotečním zástavním listům a popisuje možnosti a postupy při poskytovaní hypotečního úvěru na nemovitosti pro fyzické osoby. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis called „Mortgage credit“ is the analysis of mortgage financing in the Czech Republic. The thesis defines individual characteristics of the mortgage credit, describes important changes in granting credits introduced by the act no. 190/2004 Dig., about obligations, deals with mortgage bonds and describes ways and means of granting mortgage credit for individuals.
