Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů pandemie na ekonomiku České republiky. Dopady jsou zjišťovány pomocí predikce hypotetického vývoje vybraných makroekonomických ukazatelů za předpokladu, že by pandemie nenastala, a následným porovnáním s reálnými daty. Práce odhalila okamžité, ale pouze přechodné dopady na vývoj HDP a nezaměstnanosti, zatímco dopady na vývoj obchodní bilance a inflace se projevily později a byly perzistentnější. Tyto závěry poukazují na citlivost jednotlivých ukazatelů při pandemických a podobných negativních situacích a přináší důležité poznatky pro vytváření krizových strategií.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the impact of the pandemic on the economy of the Czech Republic. The impacts are determined by predicting hypothetical developments of selected macroeconomic indicators under the assumption that the pandemic would not occur and then comparing them with real data. The study revealed immediate but only transitory impacts on GDP and unemployment, while the impacts on the trade balance and inflation were more persistent and manifested later. These findings highlight the sensitivity of individual indicators in pandemic and similar negative situations and provide important insights for the design of crisis strategies.
