Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hru a hračku v předškolním období, na historii hry a hračky, charakteristiku hry a hračky, na jejich roli a na hru ve vývoji dítěte. Bakalářské práce se dále věnuje třídění her, teorii her podle Jeana Piageta, podmínkám pro hru v rodině, úloze učitelky při hře a v neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na výběr a kritéria správné hračky.
