Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá novodobým patologickým jevem společnosti, který se nazývá mobbing a bossing. Jedná se o psychický teror mezi zaměstnanci. V teoretické části se věnuji definici mobbingu a bossingu, jejich problematice, příčin vzniku, různým taktikám a fázím, které vedou ke zdravotním potížím. The bachelor's thesis deals with the modern pathological phenomenon of society, which is called mobbing and bossing. This is psychological terror among the employees. In the theoretical part I deal with the definition of mobbing and bossing, their problems, causes, various tactics and phases that lead to health problems.
