Machine learning ethics

Abstract:

Účelem bakalářské práce je poskytnout vhled do poměrně nové problematiky strojového učení. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byla užita metoda kompletace dostupných pramenů o tématu, které byly následně porovnány a vyhodnocovány. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiky reálně fungujících řešení založených na strojovém učení a umělé inteligenci. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit na základě dostupných pramenů, zda by měly existovat etické zásady při využívání strojového učení a navrhnout vhodná opatření.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to provide insight into a relatively new area of machine learning. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the method of completing available sources on the topic was used, which were subsequently compared and evaluated. The practical part contains characteristics of real solutions and case studies based on machine learning and artificial intelligence. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate, based on available sources, whether there should be ethical principles applied in the use of machine learning and propose appropriate precaution.
