Differential diagnosis of groin pain in athletes

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na diagnostiku akutních poranění tříselné oblasti podle nejnovější taxonomie. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je rozebrána anatomie a kineziologie oblasti a okolních struktur, metody diagnostiky, a poté problematika poranění s rozdělením na jednotlivé klinické entity. Při popisu jednotlivých patologií je kladen důraz na jejich etiologie a incidenci. Praktická část je zaměřena na dva pacienty jejichž bolesti odpovídají poruše adduktorové skupiny a jejich terapie.

Abstract:

The presented bachleor thesis is focused on the diagnosis of acute inguinal injuries according to the latest taxonomy. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the area and surrounding structures, diagnostic methods and then the issue of injuries, divided into individual clinical entities. In the description of individual pathologies, emphasis is placed on their etiology and incidence. The practical part is focused on two patients whose pain corresponds to the adductor disorder group and their therapy.
