Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zahrnuje analýzu výsledků změn v dohledu a regulaci finančního sektoru EU a jejich implementaci v členských státech. Zavedení nových právních předpisů a reakce ekonomiky způsobí ukazatelů vývoje regulace a dohledu v EU. V první částí (teoreticko-metodologické) této diplomové práce jsou vysvětleny struktura orgánů Evropské unie, vývoj finanční krize a reakce ekonomik členských států, posouzení ekonomické moci EU, regulace a dohled za finančním sektorem v Evropě. V druhé častí (praktické) se koná analýza výsledků změn v dohledu a regulaci nad finančními trhy a analýza dopadů změn v Basel III.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis includes the analysis of the results of changes in the supervision and regulation of the EU financial sector and their implementation in the Member States. The introduction of new legislation and the response of the economy cause the development of regulation and supervision in the EU. In the first part (theoretical and methodological) of this work explains the structure of the institutions of the European Union, development of the financial crisis and the reaction of the economies of Member States, the EU's assessment of economic power, regulation and supervision of the financial sector in Europe. In the second part (practical) analysis of the results of changes in the supervision and regulation of financial markets and of the impact of changes in Basel III take place.
