Předmětem bakalářské práce je role personalisty v podnikovém vzdělávání. Teoretická část se nejprve věnuje vymezování základních pojmů. The main topic of the Bachelor thesis is the role of a personnel clerk in education organized by an enterprise. The theoretical part of the thesis first delimitates the basic notions.
