Processes of landscape changes in the Havířov

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce jsou procesy krajinných změn na území Havířova. Jedná se o postupnou analýzu krajinného pokryvu katastrálního území Havířov-město a Bludovic v období 1836 až 2020, následné vyhodnocení časoprostorových změn vývoje krajiny a stanovení procesů, jež v zájmovém území probíhaly. Cílem práce je poté z analýz zjistit procesy, které vedly ke změnám krajiny v zájmové oblasti v rámci sedmi let v rozmezí 1836-2020 a následně interpretovat jejich příčiny v závislosti na historickém kontextu. Mezi procesy, které v krajině nejčastěji probíhají, můžeme zařadit například urbanizaci, odlesnění, zalesnění, apod. K práci byl využit geografický informační systém ArcGIS Pro, Microsoft Excel a PCI Geomatica. První část práce se věnuje vymezení zájmové oblasti, její historii a fyzicko-geografickým charakteristikám. Druhá část práce se zabývá metodikou, zdroji dat, použitými softwary a následnou fotointerpretací a vektorizací dat. Třetí část práce je tvořena samostatnými výsledky vytvořených analýz. Práce obsahuje grafy, tabulky, obrázky a mapové výstupy ve formě příloh.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the processes of landscape changes in the territory of Havířov. It is a sequential analysis of the landscape cover of the cadastral territory of the Havířov-city and the Bludovice in the period 1836 to 2020, the subsequent evaluation of spatiotemporal changes in landscape development and the determination of the processes that took place in the area of interest. The aim of the work is then to identify from the analyses the processes that led to landscape changes in the area of interest over the seven years between 1836 and 2020 and then to interpret their causes depending on the historical context. Among the processes that have most often taken place in the landscape, we can include urbanisation, afforestation, deforestation, etc. The geographic information system ArcGIS Pro, Microsoft Excel and PCI Geomatica were used for this work. The first part of the thesis contains the localization of study area, its history and physical-geographical characteristics. The second part of the thesis is about the methodology, data sources, software used and subsequent photointerpretation and vectorization of the data. The third part of the thesis includes the independent results of the analyses created. The work contains graphs, tables, pictures and map outputs in the form of attachments.
