The suggestion of innovation as the electronic medication in Hospital Třinec

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat současný stav ordinace léčiv v nemocnici Třinec a navrhnout inovaci v podobě elektronické medikace. Teoretická část se bude zabývat popisem inovací, inovačním procesem a bude představen Lean Canvas model. V této části bude představena krajská nemocnice Třinec, p.o. a současný způsob preskripce a hospodaření s léčivy. Praktická část se bude zabývat výzkumem mezi zákazníky navrhované inovace a bude zaměřena na systém řešení, jak zjednodušit a zefektivnit současný způsob ordinace léčiv v nemocnici Třinec v podobě navržení elektronické medikace s využitím automatického dávkovacího systému výdeje léčiv. Na závěr bude uvedena analýza a vyhodnocení nového řešení z ekonomického a procesně akceptovatelného hlediska pro nemocnici Třinec.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe present situation of prescription drugs in the hospital of Třinec and to propose an innovation in the form of electronic medication. The theoretical part will deal with the description of innovations and the inovation process; the Lean Canvas model will be introduced, too. The regional hospital of Třinec, the state - funded institution, and a contemporary way of prescription and drug management will be presented in this part. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis the research among customers of the innovation will be introduced. The practical part will focus on a solution system in the form of designing electronic medication using an automatic dosing system for dispensing medicines that simplifies and makes the current way of prescribing drugs more effective in the hospital of Třinec. Finally, the analysis and the evaluation of the new solution from an economic and procedurally acceptable point of view for the hospital of Třinec will be presented.
