Abstract: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku trestné činnosti úředních osob. Práce má pouze teoretickou část, která se skládá ze 6 kapitol a několika podkapitol. První kapitola se zabývá pojmem trestný čin a formálnímu pojetí trestného činu. Jsou zde uvedeny i znaky trestného činu, které jsou postupně rozebírány. Abstract: Bachelor's thesis is focused on crime official. Labour has only a theoretical part, which consists of 7 chapters and several sections. The first chapter deals with the concept of crime and the formal concept of crime. They are listed here as well as criminal offenses, which are gradually being dismantled.
