Accounting and taxes of individual entrepreneur in Ukraine

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část popisuje ukrajinské zákony, standardy a nařízení týkající se zejména regulace zdanění příjmů individuálního podnikatele z hlediska zákona o dani z příjmů fyzických osob. Dále tato část zahrnuje informace ohledně povinnosti placení sociálního a důchodového pojištění. Druhá část je zaměřena na formu a způsoby vedení účetnictví neboli daňovou evidenci pro fyzické osoby podnikající. Podrobně se zde popisují a zobrazují šablony účetních knih. V druhé části jsou dále diskutovány nové zákony a jejich možné budoucí dopady na účetnictví individuálního podnikatele. Poslední, třetí část je praktická. V této části jsou podle novelizace zákona o dani z příjmu aktualizovány a nově nastaveny účetní knihy a metody účtování pro konkrétního individuálního podnikatele.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the Ukrainian laws, standards and regulations concerning, in particular, the regulation of income taxation of individual entrepreneurs in terms of the law on personal income tax. Furthermore, this section includes information on the obligation to pay social and pension insurance. The second part is focused on the form and methods of accounting or tax record for individual entrepreneurs. The templates of the ledgers are described and displayed in detail here. In the second part, new laws and their possible future impacts on the accounting of individual entrepreneurs are further discussed. The last, third part is practical. In this part, according to the amendment to the Income Tax Act, the accounting books and accounting methods for a specific individual entrepreneur are updated and newly set.
