School as a learning organization in Litomerice region
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu škola jako učící se organizace. Tuto problematiku jsem zkoumala na čtyřech základních školách na Litoměřicku. V první části práce se věnuji vymezení pojmu učící se organizace, aplikaci učící se organizace na školské instituce a dalšímu vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. The thesis is devoted to the topic school as a learning organization. I examined this issue at the four elementary schools in the Litomerice. The first part deals with the definition of the concept of the learning organization, the application of the learning organization to the educational institutions and further education of teachers.
