Informační etika je v současné době problematika, která má spousty podtémat a úhlů pohledů na ně. Tato práce se bude zabývat konkrétně tématy kterými jsou: soukromí, jeho ochrana a právo na jeho porušení, sledování informací o jedincích, svoboda projevu, její možnosti v informační společnosti a její omezení například v podobě cenzury a společenské kontroly informací.
