Problematika celoživotního vzdělávání ve vybrané firmě.

Abstract:
Diplomová práce si klade za cíl identifikaci potřeb celoživotního vzdělávání ve vybraném podniku. V práci je analyzován koncept celoživotního vzdělávání s ohledem na potřeby konkrétních pozic v oddělení výroby dílců společnosti JHV - ENGINEERING s.r.o. Závěr práce obsahuje návrh využití personálního informačního systému pro zefektivnění kontroly procesu vzdělávání.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify the needs of Lifelong Learning in the Specific Company. The thesis analyzes the concept of Lifelong Learning with respect to the needs of specific position in the JHV - ENGINEERING, s.r.o. The conclusion of the thesis contains a proposal for using the personnel information system to make the proces of education more effective.
