Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat a analyzovat přístupy k rozhodování manažera ve fázích krize a revitalizace vybrané společnosti, posoudit její stávající stav, určit možné příležitosti a hrozby a navrhnout vhodná řešení. Teoretická část se zabývá prvky manažerského rozhodování, krizovým řízením, ekonomickým řízením a revitalizací společnosti. Praktická část se věnuje představení vybrané společnosti a analýze jejího stávajícího stavu, kde je rovněž zaznamenán vývoj, kterým vybraná společnost prošla ve fázích krize a revitalizace. Pro zhodnocení vývoje a stávajícího stavu je využita finanční analýza, expertní rozhovor a analýza interních podkladů pro rozhodování. Na základě provedených výzkumů je sestavena SWOT analýza, která shrnuje silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby vybrané společnosti. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy postupů pro další zlepšení a udržení dlouhodobé stability vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyse approaches to managerial decision making in the crisis and revitalization phases of the selected company, to assess its current state, identify possible opportunities and threats and propose appropriate solutions. The theoretical part deals with the elements of managerial decision-making, crisis management, economic management and revitalization of the company. The practical part is devoted to the introduction of the selected company and the analysis of its current state, where it is also recorded the development that the selected company has undergone in the crisis and revitalisation phases. Financial analysis, expert interviews and analysis of internal decision-making documents are used to evaluate the development and current state. On the basis of the conducted research, a SWOT analysis is compiled, which summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the selected company. At the end of the paper, appropriate procedures for further improvement and maintenance of long-term stability are suggested.
