Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Je v ní obsažen vznik pracovního poměru, zásady pracovního práva, ale hlavně skončení pracovního poměru. Tato problematika je rozdělena do více kapitol a je probrána více do podkapitol než kapitoly předchozí. V teoretické části byla provedena rešerše teoretických pojmů.
