Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací evidence podnikatelské činnosti u fyzické osoby z pohledu daně z příjmů. V první části je popsána charakteristika podnikání fyzické osoby a podmínky k získání živnosti. Dále se práce zabývá evidencí podnikatelské činnosti z pohledu daňové evidence a účetnictví a také porovnání výhodnosti uplatnění reálných a paušálních výdajů. V druhé části je uveden praktický příklad podnikatele, kde se porovnává, jestli je výhodnější vést daňovou evidenci nebo účetnictví. Následně se také porovnává, jestli pro tohoto konkrétního podnikatele bude výhodnější uplatňovat reálné výdaje, nebo výdaje paušálem.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is dealing with comparison of records of business activity for an individual person by income tax. The first part describes the characteristics of an individual person's business and the conditions for obtaining a trade. The thesis also deals with the registration of business activity from the point of view of tax records and accounting and also compares the advantages of applying real and flat-rate expenses. In the second part, a practical example of a businessman is presented, where it is compared whether it is more advantageous to keep tax records or accounting. Then, it also compares whether it is more advantageous for this particular entrepreneur to apply actual expenses or flat-rate expenses.
