Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vedlejšími obchodními a komerčními aktivitami Dopravního podniku hl. m. Praha, a.s., které nejprve podrobně analyzuje. Následně se na základě analýzy dalších dopravních podniků vybraných evropských metropolí snaží nalézt slabá místa a navrhnout nové obchodní oblasti a příležitosti pro rozvoj a zlepšení obchodních činností Dopravního podniku hl. m. Prahy, a.s.
Abstract:
The master thesis focuses on secondary business and commercial activities of the Prague Public Transit Company which is at first analyzed in detail.
