Tato práce se věnuje ochraně před zneužíváním významné (kupní) tržní síly v rovině veřejného práva a ochraně subjektů se slabší vyjednávací pozicí v soukromoprávním smyslu. Popisuje legislativní prostředky takové ochrany v České republice i v některých sousedních zemích a uvádí i vybrané konkrétní případy z praxe. This thesis focuses on the protection from abuse significant market (buying) power in the environment of public law and the protection of subjects with weaker bargaining position in the private law sense. The work describes legislative means of such protection in the Czech Republic as well as in some neighbouring countries and states and provides practical examples.
