Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou umírání, smrti, paliativní a hospicovou péčí, přičemž je akcentována charakteristika péče o pacienty nevyléčitelně nemocné a umírající v hospici. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány specifické potřeby nevyléčitelně nemocných a umírajících pacientů. Praktická část obsahuje tři kazuistiky hospicových pacientů. Zpracované za použití modelu Marjory Gordonové.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis delas with dying, death, palliative and hospice care, emphasizing the characteristics of for patients terminally ill and dying in the hospice. This thesis is deviden into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the specific needs of terminally ill and dying patients. The practical part contains two case reports of hospice patient processed using the Marjora Gordon´s model. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of dying, death, palliative and hospice care, emphasizing the characteristics of care for patients terminally ill and dying in the hospice.
