Abstract:
Instituty výprosy, výpůjčky, zápůjčky a úvěru jsou součástí tzv. závazků z právních jednání. Výprosa představuje právo bezplatného užívání věci bez stanovení účelu či doby užití. Smlouvou o výpůjčce vznikne vypůjčiteli právo věc po dohodnutou dobu bezplatně užívat. Zápůjčkou přenechá zapůjčitel vydlužiteli zastupitelnou věc tak, aby ji užil podle libosti a po čase vrátil věc stejného druhu. Smlouvou …more

Institutes of Precarium, Bailment, Loan and Credit are part of the so-called legal obligations. Pracarium represents the right to use the item free of charge without specifying its purpose or usage. The contract for bailment will entitle the borrower to use the thing free of charge after the agreed time.
