Activities with fruit and vegetable motivation in kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Aktivity s motivací ovoce a zeleniny v MŠ se zabývá tematikou pohybových her a cviků pro děti předškolního věku, které jsou motivovány přirozeným růstem ovoce a zeleniny, za dopomoci plyšových hraček ovoce a zeleniny, či overballů. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakte-ristiku vývoje dětí předškolního věku s ohledem na motoriku, pohyb jako takový a jeho části s ohledem na schopnosti a dovednosti dětí předškolního věku. Práce se dále věnuje zdravotní tělesné výchově, hře a motivací k ní. Není zde opomenut ani rámcový vzdělávací program s ohledem na pohyb. Teoretická část se dále zabývá problematikou výživy dětí a její skladbou s ohledem na zdravou výživu. Popisuje jednotlivé makroživiny a potravinovou pyramidu pro děti. V závěru teoretické části se zabývá ovocem a zeleninou a jejími specifiky. Praktickou část tvoří sborník cviků a pohybových her, který je zařazen do tematického plánu Ovoce a zelenina, s těmi je nám vždy príma!. Zaměřuje se především na rozvoj pohybových schopností a dovedností dětí, spolu se seznámením dětí s těmito složkami potravy, a motivuje je k jejímu zařazení do běžného jídelníčku. K cvikům a pohybovým hrám využívá overball, zeleninové plyšové hračky, obrázky ovoce a zeleniny či přímo samotné živé plody. Práce je doplněna hodnocením tematického plánu a vlastní fotodokumentací. Tato práce může sloužit jako metodický materiál pro pedagogy předškolního vzdělávání i pro osoby, které se věnují volnočasovým aktivitám pro děti předškolního věku.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis on Activities with motivation of fruits and vegetables in kindergarten deals with the theme of movement games and exercises for pre-school children, which are motivated by natural growth of fruits and vegetables, for help of plush toys fruits and vegetables or overballs. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the development of pre-school children with respect to motor skills, movement as such and its parts with respect to the abilities and skills of pre-school children. The thesis also deals with health physical education, play and motivation for it. The Framework Educational Program due to movement is also mentioned. The theoretical part also deals with the issue of nutrition of children and its composition into healthy eating. It describes the individual macronutrients and the food pyramid for chil-dren. At the end of the theoretical part it deals with fruits and vegetables and its speci-fics. The practical part consists of a collection of exercises and movement games, which is included in the thematic plan Fruits and Vegetables, with them it is always well!. It fo-cuses primarily on the development of motoric abilities and skills of children, together with familiarizing children with these food ingredients and motivating them to include them in their normal diet. He uses overball, vegetable plush toys, fruit and vegetable pictures or live fruits themselves to practice and exercise games. The thesis included the evaluation of the thematic plan and my own photo documentation. This thesis can serve as a methodical material for pre-school educators also for people, who are worked with pre-school children in hobby groups.
