Cílem práce je ukázat užití okolností vylučujících protiprávnost na trestné činy úplatkářství a užití okolností způsobujících zánik trestní odpovědnosti za úplatkářství. The purpouse of this work is to show how Lawful justification and exclusion of the criminal responsibility could be applied on Bribery according to current Czech Criminal Code.
