Využití bankrotních a bonitních modelů při hodnocení konkrétního podniku

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou společností a jejich výsledků aplikovaných v bankrotních a bonitních modelech. Společnosti se zabývají oborem stavitelství. Konkrétně se jedná o společnosti Cobbler s.r.o. a Stamont – Pozemní stavitelství s.r.o. Současná ekonomika státu je velmi nestabilní, jelikož v posledních dvou letech v České republice probíhala pandemie a ekonomika začala slábnout. V práci jsou využity metody komplexního hodnocení podniku, přesněji jde o bankrotní a bonitní modely, které jsou nedílnou součástí znalostí každého finančního manažera. Pro výpočty jsou použity zdroje dat z účetních výkazů, z rozvahy, výkazů zisků a ztrát a cash flow. Výběr sledovaného období byl záměrně vybrán po dobu pěti let od roku 2015 do roku 2019. Na základě aplikace vybraných modelů se daly společnosti dobře porovnat a to tak, že jedna je ve velmi dobré kondici a druhá vykazuje budoucí bankrot.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of two companies and their results applied in bankruptcy and creditworthiness models. The companies are engaged in the field of construction. Specifically, it is Cobbler s.r.o. and Stamont – Building construction s.r.o. The current economy of the state is very unstable, as there has been a pandemic in the Czech Republic in the last two years and the economy has started to weaken. The work uses methods of comprehensive evaluation of the company, more precisely, bankruptcy and creditworthiness models, which are an integral part of the knowledge of every financial manager. Data sources from financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow are used for calculations. The choice of the period under review was deliberately chosen for a period of five years from 2015 to 2019. Based on the calculations, the companies could be well compared, so that one is in very good condition and the other shows future bankruptcy.
