Bullying and Cyberbullying - current socio-pathologicalphenomena in the school environment

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce, nesoucí název Šikana a kyberšikana - aktuální sociálně patologické jevy ve školním prostředí, bylo zjistit zastoupení protagonistů šikany a kyberšikany ve školním prostředí, zjistit důvody šikanování a popsat následky tohoto sociálně patologického jevu. V teoretické části se nejprve zaměřím na problematiku agrese a agresivity, její formy a typy, neopomenu zmínit také příčiny vzniku agrese. V dalších částech se budu zabývat problematikou tradiční a kybernetické šikany, jejich vymezením, protagonistům, ale také následkům a preventivním opatřením. Zmíním také rozdíly mezi tradiční a kybernetickou šikanou. V praktické části nejprve vysvětlím pojem sekundární analýzy, a poté se budu zabývat samotnou sekundární analýzou šesti závěrečných prací studentů a studentek Ostravské univerzity v Ostravě, které vznikly v časovém období roku 2011 až 2014. Vedoucí těchto závěrečných prací byla paní doc. PhDr. et. Mgr. Maria Vašutová, PhD., která je samotná autorkou dvou výzkumů zabývajících se problematikou tradiční a kybernetické šikany, z nichž ve své práci také vycházím.

Abstract:

The main aim of my thesis bearing the name Bullying and Cyberbullying ? current socio-pathological phenomena in the school environment was to determine the representation of the protagonists of bullying and cyberbullying at schools, identify the reasons for bullying and describe the consequences of this social pathology phenomenon. In the theoretical part I was focusing on the issue of aggression and aggressiviness, its forms and types, mentioned also the reasons for evolving of aggression and its solutions. In the next section I was dealing with issue of traditional and cyber bullying, its definition, the protagonist, but also the consequences and preventive measures. I was mentioning the differences between traditional and cyber bullying. In the practical part I was explaining the concept of secondary analysis of six student thesis of the University of Ostrava which arose in the time period of 2011 to 2014. Supervisor of these thesis was doc. PhDr. et. Mgr. Maria Vašutová, PhD., who is also author of two studies focused on traditional and cyber bullying with whom I was working in my thesis.
